JAN - FEB, The Peak Harvest: We are hand-picking the Red and Yellow cherries at peak sugar content in the Tarrazú highlands.
FEB - MAR, The Slow Dry: Our Washed, Honey, and Anaerobic lots are resting on raised beds, developing their unique flavor profiles.
APR, The Resting (Reposado): The "Parchment" coffee rests in a climate-controlled environment to stabilize the moisture and lock in the soul of the bean.
MAY-JUN, The Final Sort: Precision milling and "Electronic Eye" sorting to ensure only the top 1% of the beans make the cut.
JUL-AUG, The Ocean Crossing: Your coffee begins its journey from Costa Rica, crossing the Atlantic toward the Port of Dubai.
SEPTEMBER, The Roast & Reveal: Manural Arrival. We roast in our signature 600g batches and deliver the freshest harvest in the UAE to your door.
