Our Story
Catalina Castillo grew up on her family’s coffee farm in Tarrazú, where her father carries on a legacy as the third generation of coffee farmers.
After finishing university, she moved to the Middle East to work as cabin crew, discovering new cultures and tasting coffees from around the world, always reminding her of home.
In 2023, she founded Manural to share her Costa Rican roots and family tradition, inspired by her passion to carry their legacy forward and see her father finally enjoying his own coffee, which had been cultivated with love and pride for decades.

Nature of Tarrazú
Tarrazú is known for its exceptional coffee beans, harvested above 1,200 meters and protected under the Tarrazú PDO (Protected Designation of Origin).
