New Harvest Launch

New Harvest Launch

A new season | September 18th, 2026

Our community gathered in Dubai at the Victoria Arduino Experience Lab in Al Quoz for an exclusive new harvest showcase. The goal of this event was to launch 12 exceptional microlots and nanolots from our newest harvest, and to connect our community directly to the real people, families, and hands behind every single bean.

Putting a Face to Every Farmer

Too often in specialty coffee, the complex labor of producers gets lost behind flavor profiles and scoring sheets. For this launch, we wanted our guests to meet the individuals shaping these lots, from multi-generational growers preserving traditional techniques to innovative producers pioneering new fermentations.

By sharing each producer’s story and processing decisions, we highlighted their vital role in shaping sustainable specialty coffee, and why we chose to partner with them.

Redefining Versatility: From Cupping Table to Craft Mocktails

We wanted to show how these distinct coffees translate across different extraction methods, from cupping evaluations to filter brews, rich espresso extractions, and a mocktail.

Leveraging Victoria Arduino’s world-class espresso technology, we unlocked the full potential of our new harvest across a multi-station menu.

The New Harvest Serving Menu

Guests were guided through a comprehensive flight featuring 12 distinct microlots and nanolots:

  • Cupping Table: Geisha (Washed), Caturra & Catuai (Natural), Milenio H10 (Black Honey), Yellow Catuai (Natural), Geisha (Natural), and Catuai (Natural Anaerobic).

  • Filter Bar: Catuai (Natural), Pacamara (Natural), and Typica Mejorado (Natural).

  • Cold Brew & Mixology: Victoria 14 (Black Honey) crafted into a signature Lavender Grapefruit Mocktail "Coffee-tail" by Antonio, alongside a smooth Catuai & Caturra (Honey Anaerobic) cold brew.

  • Espresso Bar: Red Honey process, pulled as a rich, balanced espresso shot.

Through this interactive session, our community gained a deeper appreciation for how the way coffee is grown and harvested contributes to the future of specialty coffee, while gaining a direct line of connection to the farmers who made it all possible.

A massive thank you to the team at Victoria Arduino for hosting us, and to everyone who came out to share the new harvest with us!
